* chop head of cauliflower into bite sized bits
* drain can of chickpeas
* toss cauliflower and chickpeas with smoked salt and black pep and olive oil, roast for 35 minutes
* dice tomato
* cut avocado half leftover from breakfast into slices
* toast corn tortillas so they're a lil burnt and toasty and flexible
* cut lime in half
* mix two tablespoons honey with like... idk. eight shakes of frank's red hot? and a squeeze from the lime to your own taste etc etc. stir mix until pourable
Assemblage goes tortilla -> avocado slices -> cauliflower and chickpeas -> tomatoes -> lime honey sauce -> and a few leaves of fresh basil on top
